If, for any reason, the Organizer or any part thereof is prevented from being held, or if the venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. In such circumstances, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, loss, or any other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all claims for loss or expense against the Organizer arising therefrom.
All registration fees paid are non-refundable.
